We aim to deliver within 7 days for UK orders, but please allow 14 days before querying non-delivery.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for international orders. In the run up to Christmas, please allow for delays with the increased volume of post.
Our current deliveries are expected between 7 - 10 days.

International orders are calculated by weight and by country at checkout. Orders up to 2kg may be eligible for Royal Mail International shipping, orders over 2kg will be sent via DPD.
Delivery to EU member states
From July 2021, there have been changes to the way VAT applies when making Business to Consumer (B2C) supplies of goods delivered from the UK to EU states.
(Note: There have been no changes to the rules on electronically supplied services such as downloads or subscriptions).
World of Brass Customer Service Team’s objective is to ensure you receive the physical goods you have selected and ordered as quickly as possible, with minimum delay and without the need to separately pay VAT locally before taking delivery in EU states as all shipments into the EU are now subject to taxation. All orders will incur a 20% tax and duties charge. This will ensure no additional charges upon collection or delivery of your order, all duties are paid upon purchase. This charge is 20% of your basket total and will not affect the cost of shipping.
Our B2C courier arrangements define you the customer as the Importer of Record of these goods. Our carriage and packing fee incorporates associated costs and therefore our invoice will show items as zero rated exports for UK VAT purposes.
Our supply of goods will be treated as made on a B2C basis if a customer cannot supply a VAT number when ordering on behalf of a business or other type of organisation.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order and can provide proof of purchase, we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full, provided the product is in fully re-saleable condition and is returned to us within 28 days. Where possible, refunds will be offered through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Alternatively, where proof of purchase cannot be provided, a credit note may be offered or an exchange given.
We are unable to refund or exchange any sheet music unless it is faulty.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.
If you wish to send your parcel back to us by post, please make sure your items are securely wrapped including a fully completed copy of the Exchange/Returns Form and together with a copy of invoice/receipt and return to us at the following address:

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. If however, the reason for the return is due to an error on our end, or if the goods are faulty, we will refund the cost of return postage.
