The JP372 Sterling is John Packer's flagship Eb Tenor Horn. Created in collaboration with Paul Riggett of Sterling Musical Instruments, the JP372 represents a fusion of professional level Sterling components and design with the affordability and durability normally associated with the JP brand. The JP372 Sterling features a variety of exclusive Sterling design components that have managed to capture the spirit of Sterling within a JP Instrument. Constructed entirely from high grade 80:20 brass the instrument features a hand spun bell providing players with beautiful warm sound. A custom Sterling lead pipe ensures a truly professional sound.
The JP373 Sterling Eb Tenor Horn has a .466 bore and a hand spun 8" bell. Stainless steel valves are provided as standard ensuring the a long lasting and durable valve action. The instrument also includes a lyre box, bell ring and 4 water keys.
The JP372 Serling is supplied with a Denis Wick mouthpiece, Ultrapure maintenance and lubricant pack and high quality hard case. Constructed from shatter proof plastic, the case includes 3 hard wearing clasps (2 locking) and several small internal storage compartments, perfect for small accessories and maintenance equipment.
Manufactured to a high quality standard as is expected with all JP Instruments, the JP372 Sterling is guaranteed for 12 months against faulty manufacturing or materials and is fully tested prior to sale.
